The Weeknd dropped his new single “Dancing In the Flames” on Friday, accompanied by a music video. It marks the first release from his upcoming sixth album, Hurry Up Tomorrow.
In the video, The Weeknd drives a red convertible, which eventually crashes, sending him into a storm of rain and shattered glass. In the chorus, he sings, “I can’t wait to see your face crash when we’re switching lanes / My love’s beyond the pain / But if I miss the brake, we’re dancing in the flames.”
“Dancing In the Flames” was first unveiled earlier this week during a special livestream concert in São Paulo, Brazil. The full concert, which also features unreleased tracks “Wake Me Up,” “Regular,” and “Runaway,” is available for streaming until Saturday.
